AML / KYC Notice

1. What we sell, what we don't

BlueTone sells consumer audio hardware only. We do not sell, exchange, custody, lend or stake cryptocurrency. We are not a money services business and are not registered as one. Where we accept cryptocurrency as a payment method, the fiat-to-crypto conversion is performed by a regulated third-party processor (MoonPay), not by RCL Asia LLC.

2. Crypto checkout flow

1. Customer selects "Pay with crypto" at checkout.
2. MoonPay's headless on-ramp loads and the customer interacts with MoonPay directly to pay in fiat (card, bank transfer) or crypto.
3. MoonPay performs identity verification (KYC), sanctions screening and transaction monitoring on the payer in accordance with its license obligations.
4. Upon successful settlement, MoonPay transfers stablecoin or USD to BlueTone's settlement account.
5. BlueTone then dispatches the physical product to the shipping address provided.

3. Sanctions screening

BlueTone independently screens shipping addresses against OFAC and other applicable sanctions lists prior to dispatch. Orders that match a sanctioned person or jurisdiction are cancelled and refunded in full, and may be reported to competent authorities.

4. Transaction limits and review

Single-order value is capped at USD 5,000. Orders exceeding the cap, multiple orders from the same customer within a short window, or other risk indicators may trigger enhanced review. BlueTone reserves the right to request additional information from a customer or to cancel an order on a no-fault basis.

5. Record keeping

BlueTone retains order, shipping, payment-settlement and screening records for at least seven (7) years and makes them available to competent authorities upon lawful request.

6. Customer responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that the funds used are of lawful origin, that you are not a sanctioned person, and that you are buying for your own personal use or for lawful resale in jurisdictions where the product is permitted.
