Refund Policy

1. 30-day return window

You may return any BlueTone product within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in clean, undamaged condition.

2. How to start a return

  1. Email contact@trybluetone.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label.
  3. Drop off the package with the carrier indicated on the label.
  4. We will inspect the item within 3 business days of receipt and issue a refund within 5 additional business days.

3. How we refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically settle in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For orders paid with cryptocurrency via MoonPay, refunds are issued in USD or stablecoin equivalent to the amount we originally received, paid out to the bank account or wallet you nominate. Exchange-rate variation between the original payment and the refund is not compensated.

4. Shipping costs

Standard return shipping within the U.S. is free. International return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

5. Warranty

All BlueTone products carry a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims are handled repair-first; if a repair is not feasible we will replace the unit. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal cosmetic wear.

6. Non-returnable items

Replacement earpads and cables are returnable only if unopened. Promotional gifts cannot be returned for cash value.
