Business model
BlueTone designs and sells three SKUs of consumer wireless headphones (over-ear, on-ear, in-ear) directly to retail customers via trybluetone.com. We do not run a marketplace, do not host third-party sellers, do not sell digital goods, do not sell regulated goods (no firearms, no pharmaceuticals, no alcohol, no tobacco, no adult content, no nutraceuticals), and do not offer subscription or recurring-billing products.
Average order value is approximately USD 280. Single-order cap is USD 5,000. We ship from a single facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to a defined list of permitted destinations (see Shipping Policy).
Payments and crypto on-ramp
Fiat payments are processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 card acquirer. Crypto checkout is delivered through MoonPay's headless on-ramp. The customer interacts directly with MoonPay's regulated flow; MoonPay performs KYC, sanctions screening and transaction monitoring on the payer, then settles BlueTone in USD or stablecoin.
RCL Asia LLC does not custody customer crypto assets, does not operate a hosted wallet, does not exchange one crypto asset for another on behalf of customers, and is not registered as a money services business. The on-ramp is limited to funding the purchase of a physical product shipped to a verified address.
