Pairing your BlueTone.

Every BlueTone Bluetooth device enters pairing mode automatically the first time it powers on. To re-pair later, follow the per-product instructions below.

Enter pairing mode

  • Halo Open: With buds in the case, press the case button 3× quickly. LED flashes blue.
  • Lumen On-Ear: Power off. Hold the power button for 6 seconds until the LED alternates red/blue.
  • Pulse Sport: Power off. Hold the power button for 5 seconds — voice prompt says "pairing".
  • Orbit Speaker: Power on. Press the Bluetooth button on top — LED flashes blue.

Troubleshooting

  • Device won't appear: Forget any previous BlueTone entry on your phone first, then re-enter pairing mode.
  • Audio is choppy: Move closer to the source; Bluetooth range degrades through walls.
  • Multi-point not working: Multi-point requires both devices to support standard A2DP. Some older PCs do not.
  • Still stuck: Email us, we'll help.
