1. Who we are
BlueTone is a brand operated by RCL Asia LLC, a Domestic Limited Liability Company registered in New Mexico, USA (NM SOS file #3145982, Entity ID 0008074686, EIN 98-1910229). Our registered office is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. References to "BlueTone", "we", "us" and "our" mean RCL Asia LLC.
2. Acceptance
By browsing trybluetone.com or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and AML / KYC Notice. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The site is intended for consumers in jurisdictions where our products and payment options are lawfully available.
4. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) inclusive of French VAT at 20%. Shipping fees, when applicable, are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Product images are representative; minor variations may occur. Sales are made exclusively to consumers located in metropolitan France.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, sanctions screening matches, or where shipment is not legally permitted.
6. Payment
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and, where available, by cryptocurrency through MoonPay's regulated on-ramp. When you pay with crypto, MoonPay (and not BlueTone) acts as the regulated provider for the fiat-to-crypto conversion and is responsible for KYC, AML and sanctions screening of the payer. BlueTone is settled in stablecoin (or USD) after MoonPay completes its checks.
7. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, logos, product designs — is owned by or licensed to RCL Asia LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or the resale of products into embargoed jurisdictions.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law for all sales to consumers residing in France, who benefit from all mandatory protections of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and the French Civil Code, including statutory warranty of conformity (L217-3 et seq.), warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), and the right of withdrawal (L221-18). Disputes may also be brought before the consumer mediator, as detailed on our Consumer rights page.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
