Care & maintenance.

A few minutes per month keeps your BlueTone in mint condition for years. Here's what we recommend.

Daily

• — Wipe earpads and shells with a dry microfiber cloth after use.
• — Avoid pulling cables by the wire — always grip the plug.
• — Store earbuds in their charging case when not in use.

Weekly

• — Inspect mesh grilles for wax. Brush gently with a soft dry brush.
• — Wipe leather pads with a barely-damp cloth (water only — no alcohol, no wipes).
• — Top up the charging case battery — long-term storage at full charge degrades cells faster than 60–80%.

Battery

Lithium-ion cells last longest when kept between 20% and 80%. If you're storing a unit for more than a month, charge it to ~50% and power it off. Avoid exposing the product to temperatures above 45 °C or below −10 °C.
